I really love this and have to agree with you totally. It Seems like we have been taught to be more of the Backbone the Sidekicks, and to sit in the shadows of others especially man. I am trying to reevaluate those choices and teach my Daughters to do the same. I realize that So many of us have been conditioned to do that or it just becomes a normal part of their everyday living and part of their conscious that they do not know anything else. It is habit!! While some other ladies have not. WHY CAN'T WE B MORE LIKE THEM, why can't we be ourselves and Why can't we have it all too!! I ain’t made at you go for what you know!!

hi i just want to say thanks for the words, this is such an awesome site. opening my eyes that hey, i can actually do it myself. I mean really, I've been waiting how long for somebody to come around and say "i want you" and now I realize, the whole time I've been waiting for myself!!!!!

yeah being a girl makes it hard to be taken seriuosly, being short and small doesnt make it any easier for me, but knowing that there are women out there like you guys, wh r willing to get what was destined to be theirs is inspiring, i get hope from the courage of you ladies and when i feel like it is not going well, i got ladies like you to thank.
